REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with 11Cart! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, don't worry — we offer a comprehensive replacement and exchange policy.


How Do I Request a Replacement or Exchange?

  1. Provide your Order Number, Email Address, and Phone Number.

  2. Follow the instructions provided and select the product you wish to replace or exchange.

  3. Once the request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email or a call from our customer support team with shipping instructions.


Eligibility Criteria for Replacement/Exchange

To be eligible, please ensure:

  • Your request is initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and all tags intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is provided.

  • The request is due to one of the following:

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged product received in transit

In cases of missing accessories, we will send the missing parts free of cost.

Note: For large items (e.g., battery-operated cars, jeeps, bikes), we may offer part replacements to speed up the resolution process.

Part Replacement requests must be made within 2 days of delivery and are only applicable for manufacturing defects.

Important: An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement or exchange request.


Process After Request Approval

  • Once the original product reaches us and passes our quality check, a replacement will be shipped.

  • Only the damages mentioned in the original complaint will be considered for quality inspection.

  • If pickup service is unavailable in your location, we request that you arrange return shipping to our registered address. We will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹300 (with valid receipt).


How to Initiate a Request

  • Your order details

  • Clear photos and unboxing video showing the defect/damage

Our team will respond within 2 working days.


Replacement Policy Conditions

  • The product must be purchased from https://www.11cart.com

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, undamaged, and unwashed

    • Without scratches or dents

    • In original packaging, with all parts, freebies, and invoice included

  • Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during return transit.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment without any charges.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
