🚨 WARNING: Received Defective Mercedes Kids Jeep – No Response from 11cart 🚫

Hi 11cart Sales Team,

I placed an order on 11cart.com for a Mercedes Kids Jeep (Jumbo Size 4-Wheel Drive) [Order ID: #13020] and made a payment of ₹18,499 on 24 June 2025.

Unfortunately, the item delivered was defective(some accessories missed, can't fix the Jeep) and of very poor quality. I have called your customer support multiple times to this numbers (Phone: [****] / [****]), but there has been no response or support to process my return or refund. This kind of irresponsible behavior is unacceptable for any business.

📢 I am giving a final warning – If 11cart fails to respond and initiate a return or refund within 48 hours, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court (consumerhelpline.gov.in) and report this incident across consumer complaint forums, social media, and public review platforms.

11cart, kindly resolve this immediately before this escalates legally.
